I have been a photographer since the early 1970s. I have been involved with the real estate business for many decades and we often moved while I was growing up. From San Mateo to Country Club Manor to Arden Park to Del Dayo Estates to Saratoga to Los Gatos to Iowa City to Chico, To Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Denver, Westminster, Aurora, Sacramento, Tigard, OR, Irvine, Roseville, Carmichael.
I have been involved with computers since punch cards. I have my own server with many domains, WordPress sites, email systems, SSL Certificates, and the rest. I have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer in the past teaching servers, Active Directory, and MS-SQL.
I started with FORTRAN and COBOL on IBM Mainframes in the 70s to CDC CYBER 70 and PDP-11 and from there Tandy Zenix and TRS-80 and then SCO Unix. I have worked on Windows since V1 and was a Novell CNE from versions 2.15 to 5.x. I have worked on Ubuntu since Slackware downloading in the early 90s on Colorado SuperNet at 9600 baud. OS/2 was also fun.
My main system is Windows 11 Pro Custom with dual M.2 and SSD and hard drives while Hyper-V hosts DirectAdmin running Ubuntu 26 LTS.
